Geriatric Orthopaedic Society of India three day virtual scientific seminar - case debate and discussion.
The Geriatric Orthopaedic Society of India, once again, presented a virtual scientific seminar over three days covering a wide range of orthopaedic sub-specialties.
The programme was designed for presentation, discussion and debate of anonymised cases, to evaluate and share expertise in many aspects of orthopaedics.
I joined Doctors K Srikanth, N Rajkumar, A Nanu, V Neginhal and R Rambani from India, the UK and the USA, as expert panellist for a session on Complex THR in elderly patients.
In line with my experience of all events staged by GOSICON during this global pandemic, the forum commanded a substantial international audience and was a great success.
I am full of admiration for the way in which GOSICON has harnessed the opportunity presented during what has been a devastating period in world history, to advance orthopaedics by sharing knowledge across borders.
